Delivery Information

We offer domestic and international ( Brunei, Indonesia, and Thailand ) delivery services via POS LAJU and NinjaVan ( Sabah, Sarawak, Singapore ). Shipping days are on every Monday to Friday except for public holidays.

Tracking number will be provided through an email once we have shipped out your order. If you have not received your order within 7 working days, please contact anany.hq@gmail.com

Estimated Parcel Arrival- POSLAJU delivers within 1-3 business days. A signature is required when receiving the parcel. If the addressee is not available at the time of delivery at his/her place, you may require to pick up your item at the nearest POSLAJU branch.

NO REFUND or EXCHANGE if the parcel is returned to us due uncollected parcel. An additional payment needs to be made for a new delivery.

ANANY.CO will not be held responsible for any delay and damage of shipment done by POSLAJU and NinjaVan. You may track & trace your parcel through http://www.poslaju.com.my/track-trace/ or you may contact your local POSLAJU office or simply call their hotline at 1-300-300-300 directly.
