  • All items purchased are non-exchangeable and non-returnable. Unless the fault/defect is from HQ. 
  • Reasons such as

“I changed my mind,"

“The color is different from the website"

"The color not suitable with my skin"

 

will not be considered valid grounds for a refund or exchange.

  • Return the item(s) to us in its original condition and packaging within 3 days after the item received.
  • Promotional Sale and discounted item(s) are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • For return and exchange, please notify us for agreement between both parties. If not we might not attend the issue.
  • Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, or unworn and in the exact condition when purchased. It also should be in the original packaging.
  • Only purchases made at our official website and our authorized sales person are eligible for refund or exchange.
  • All returned item(s) are subject to quality control inspection and approval.
  • All returned item(s) subject to the color and size depend on what’s available.
  • Once the returned request has been approved, you can exchange for another color or code as long as it is the same price.

We do not accept any refund return and any exchange except for defect item with Term and Condition applied

 

Exchange Delivery Charge

  • Faulty and defect item shipping cost of returning item(s) will be borne by HQ (T&C applied).
  • For size exchange item shipping cost must be borne fully by customer

RM 10 for semenanjung and RM15 for sabah sarawak

  • Return the item(s) to us in its original condition and packaging within 3 days from the purchase date.
  • Reasons such as

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or text you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will notify you once payment is ready.
