For promotional items, we do not accept any refund,return and any exchange except for defect item.
For normal price item, you have 3 days after the item received to exchange the product.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Exchange of size or colour is subject to availability, if happen to be unavailable,item could be exchanged to a similar or (cheaper) price item.
New item will only be shipped once we receive return item’s shipment proof (tracking code)
We strongly suggest using Poslaju,Ninjavan or any trusted courier providers as we are not responsible for any lost parcel during return.
