Shipping
Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you by email.

Estimated Delivery
Domestic delivery
POS Laju delivers within approximately 1–3 business days after your order has been shipped.
A signature is required when receiving the parcel. If the addressee is unavailable at the time of delivery, the parcel may need to be collected from the nearest POS Laju branch.
International Delivery
Delivery times vary by destination
International orders are typically delivered within 3 days to 3 weeks, depending on the destination, courier service and local delivery conditions.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided by email.
Important Information
ANANY will not be held responsible for delays or damage to shipments caused by POS Laju or Ninja Van after the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
