Promotional Items
Promotional items are not eligible for refund or exchange, except in the case of a defective item.
Regular-Priced Items
Regular-priced items may be exchanged within 3 days of receiving your order.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and returned in the same condition in which it was received.
Exchange Conditions
Size & Colour
Exchanges for a different size or colour are subject to availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer an exchange for a similar item or an item of a lower value.
Exchange Processing
A replacement item will only be shipped once we receive proof that the original item has been returned, including the return shipment tracking information.
Return Shipping
Returning an item
We strongly recommend using POS Laju, Ninja Van or another trusted courier service when returning an item.
ANANY is not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged while being returned to us.

Please contact us before arranging a return or exchange so that we can confirm and agree on the return process with you.

Account & Registration
When registering an account with ANANY, please provide accurate information in accordance with your National Registration Identity Card (NRIC).
If you need to change any of your information, you may update it through your account or contact us by email.
Your account password should be unique and kept secure. Please inform us immediately if you become aware of any security breach or unauthorised use of your account.

Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address and postal code are entered correctly when placing your order.
ANANY cannot provide a refund for an incorrect address if the order has already been shipped.
